TOMS, founded on the simple and pure premise of every shoe you purchase, they donate a new pair of shoes to a child in need, teamed up with
AKIRA, a go to place for fashion in Chicago, for
One Day Without Shoes with their own event, Style Your Sole.
Jill and I headed to the Lincoln Park location for cocktails, a special one day sale, and live artists that customized our new pairs of TOMS! We decided to keep it simple, Jill chose sparrows and I chose... a map, of course! There were some amazing designs, from glitter to sequins and Chicago skylines to paint splatters. We spent almost the whole night there, chatting with others at the event and the great people that helped us choose the perfect TOMS! Special thanks to Tony, the amazing team at AKIRA Diversey Footwear, and the talented artists! We had a lot of fun and we hope four kids out there love their new TOMS as much we do!
