Today's Forecast... Snow!

Watching the snow fall from the window at work for 8 hours was getting me antsy to get outside and feel it for myself. While it's not like the snow the rest of the US is getting, it was was definitely a beautiful sight. I headed out to Millennium Park to capture some photos and videos of the snow on this cold Tuesday night.

Pierre's somewhere on the 47th floor.

On the way to Grant Park.

4.7 inches of snow today!

A bit of the skyline.

Michigan Avenue from Millennium Park.

While at Millennium Park, I stopped by The Crown Fountain. The fountain is an interactive piece of art that displays faces using over one million LEDS onto two towers. During the summer, the faces spit water over a black granite reflecting pool, a fun treat for kids and possible chaos for parents. During the winter, the fountain part is of course turned off, but the faces stay on for our enjoyment.

The pool now covered in snow.

On the way to The Bean.

Still feels like Christmas!

The Bean!

A tiny reflection of me!

I feel like a kid in the snow!

I love when it's covered in snow!
